Safari Park is a wildlife sanctuary. Safari parks are different from zoos because the zoo has people in the open and the animals in cages, but the safari park has people in protected vehicles and wildlife in the open. Dulahazara Safari Park is also known as Dulahazara Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Safari Park. This safari park, which is full of animal sanctuaries, attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists every year. The Dulahazara Safari Park covers an area of 900 hectares. Some people do not agree that it is a safari park as most of the park is made up of artificial infrastructure. Originally established as a deer breeding center in 1999, it also has lions, tigers, elephants, bears, various types of deer, hippopotamus and other animals. The park is home to a wide variety of species of trees, valuable shrubs, and rare and medicinal herbaceous shrubs. The multiple observation towers set up here offer a spectacular view of the spectacular beauty and birds of prey. There are restrooms and dormitories for tourists. There is also the Natural History Museum and the first nature observation center in Bangladesh. Throughout the safari park, there are concrete sculptures in the shape of animals. Dulahajara Safari Park is gaining popularity day by day. During the tourist season, picnics are organized in different parts of the park from all over Bangladesh. After entering the park, you can see the display map on the left. Inside the park, in the water of the lake, raising the face of a hippopotamus and scaring a tiger is a different experience.
